Interim Measures Alarm Fund: common fire alarm systems for residential buildings
Panel supplier
Fusion21 runs procurement frameworks used by housing providers, local authorities and other public sector organisations. ION was appointed to its Building Safety & Compliance Framework on 15 April 2026 for Lot 10 (Active Fire Safety) and Lot 12 (Electronic Security), so members can appoint us quickly and compliantly for active fire safety and electronic security work through those lots.
The Interim Measures Alarm Fund helps residential buildings with unsafe cladding replace costly waking watch patrols with a common fire alarm system. ION is one of the approved suppliers on the Homes England panel.
